Access Your Power and Potential....Learn to Live with Intention

Assessments

Having the ability to establish credibility and to influence others is a critical skill set in today’s workplace. Equally desirable is the capability to build an effective team, gaining commitment and cooperation from the members of your team.

Personal growth and change in these areas often begins with an assessment of one’s own personality, behavior and communication style. A few of the assessments we provide are described below.

DISC Assessment of Behavioral Style

Understanding your communication and behavioral style, and learning to adapt your style to those of others for better communication and understanding, are keys to the development of interpersonal skills.

The DISC assessment can be completed online in 15 to 20 minutes. You receive a personalized report that will give you insights into your own behavior style. With an in-depth interpretation of the report, you will also learn to identify, understand and appreciate the styles of those around you. Anyone can learn to build and improve rapport in their relationships. With the understanding gained from appreciation of different communication and behavioral styles, one can also learn to resolve or prevent conflict between the people in your work environment.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality test developed by Katharine Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers. The MBTI was designed to identify significant personal preferences, following criteria described by Carl Jung in his work on psychological types. Learning about one’s preferences, and the order in which these preferences differentiate over time, can yield much personal growth and change. The MBTI is frequently used in the areas of group dynamics, counseling, and management and employee training.

Enneagram Assessment

The Enneagram may be one of the oldest human assessment and development systems in history. Understanding your Enneagram type can provide insights into how certain inner responses can be triggered by your job and the people around you. You will find that knowing your type may help you manage these triggers. Learn to choose between your automatic, reflexive response and a more adaptive and resourceful response.
