Over the past 10 years, she has hired over 200+ professionals in a variety of fields and coached as well as interviewed hundreds of candidates. Megan has recruited for companies ranging from growing start-ups to global world class organizations. Earlier in her career, she worked in industries ranging from sports to finance to tech. In 2015, she started Access Consulting Group. With Access, she has helped companies scale and build teams; a part of two successful company exits at over $140M.
